| Description of the problem | The harley davidson police motorcycle flhpi road king is starting to show wear marks on its' brake lines. The constant turning of the forks has rubbed the rubber lines to the point where it leaks. The brake lines are routed at the factory behind the headlamp assembly which pushes onto the brake lines. The manufacturer should redesign or reroute these lines so when applying for brakes they will stop before an officer or private citizen crashes. The consumer stated he has 34 other motorcycles with similar wear patterns. Updated 07/13/10.*jb |
